| Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server software allows “Shadow Sessions” whereby corporate trainers can teach and assist property personnel “Live On Screen” regardless of the property location. User to User shadowing can also occur. This allows users to ‘watch’ a presentation or demonstration that a trainer may provide. Shadowing significantly reduces errors and allows trainers to preemptively correct users mistakes - instantly. |

| Westdale strives to minimize and eliminate redundant data entry and duplication. All of our applications use Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases as a backend which keeps track of all files, folders and data. Reports against the data can be run not only for Property Management related information, but for Information Systems helpdesk tracking, server and network health monitoring and document management. |
| The Information Technology department monitors all networks and systems. An administrator can be alerted in the event of any type of issue. An email can be sent for such things as a full hard drive to a user typing in the wrong password. |
